The range tripped the circuit breaker. After breaker reset the lower oven doesnt work. The top oven works.

Looks like the ignitor wires got shortened. This ignitor was replaced by warranty 9 months ago. The service left the wires without any insulation.

I have replaced the ignitor but still no glow. The voltage on the ignitor shows 3VAC. I suspect its the relay on the main board. Any advice?

Board module: w10873168

Where can I find the service manual? or the board schematic diagram?

Thanks!

Yes, if no other wires from the control board to the BAKE ignitor glow bar has broken or shorted and your only getting 3 volts to it when its on BAKE, then your control board is the culprit.

You should be getting 120 volts AC to it when BAKE is ON.

The manufacturer has replaced part number W10873168 with part number W10877013:
Control Board W10877013

Hi Jake,

I checked the wires and they are fine. I am thinking to replace the relay. I hear it clicks when selecting bake but no voltage.

Is it possible to find a circuit diagram for the board?

Thanks

They don't make a board level schematic, so you have to replace the entire board.
