KFIS20XVMS2 KitchenAid bottom-freezer refrigerator is suddenly not cold enough and while customer was using water dispenser, it stopped after filling glass halfway and lights started blinking. Does anyone have tech sheet W10325347? It's missing from this refrig.

Corrected model number

KFI520XVMS2 does not pull up as good.

I believe that 5 should be a S because KFIS20XVMS2 pulls up good.

Recheck the model number please.

You're correct -- proper model number is KFIS20XVMS2. A service manual or tech sheet W10325347 would be helpful.

FIXED. Unplugged refrigerator for 5 minutes and then plugged it back in and .... it started working! Turns out the sealed system is strong; had excellent frost pattern on evaporator and all fans are running. Only problem is user interface panel is dead except the three dispenser buttons, cube, crushed, water, still work. All others buttons are dead and display is dead. I advised customer to live with refrigerator as is instead of getting new user interface board because they never changed the factory settings anyway. Why the refrigerator went into a non-cooling mode with lights flashing is anyone's guess. It's cooling now.

I had this happen on a local customer, its a failing main control board.

Here's the main control board for your model:
