FIXED KFIS20XVMS2 KitchenAid Refrigerator can't change temperature

I recently bought a used KitchenAid fridge and have noticed a few quirks with it.
The temperature is set to 36 for the fridge and -6 for the freezer, and I can't change them.
When using the touch pad to adjust the temperature the fridge will beep, but no change will actually occur.

I also cannot select between water and ice on the touch panel, but if I hit the light button to the right of the ice button, it will cause the ice button to light up, touching the ice button does nothing whether it's lit up or not.
A similar thing happens for the water button, touching the button does nothing, but hitting lock to the left of it causes it to light up.

Using the Dispense Water button works fine.

Currently unable to get it to dispense ice, it will only dispense water.

I was thinking potentially the main control board, but wanted your opinions as well.

Yes, It's going to be the main control board behind the machine. Another member had this same control display issue and replaced that front control display board and it worked for 3 days and started doing the same thing again.
