I have no fault codes but my ice maker has stopped making ice. I have gone through all the diagnostics and have found no errors.
I pulled out the ice maker and found ice building up along the top of the maker as well as frost at the rear of the assembly. I found no obvious water leaks so I cleaned it up and reinstalled it. It started making ice.
I got up today expecting to find the bin close to full and was disappointed to see only a dozen or so cubes, which was empty when I started. I removed the ice maker again and found the water inlet to the water maker was frozen. I checked the heater cable atop the inlet for continuity and it checked out. I then realized, after toggling through test 19 (heater for inlet and door fascia - which is 01 on) that I have been getting frost around the fascia. That leads me to believe there is no power getting to both the water inlet heater and the door fascia heater.
What is the cause, and the remedy, for this situation?
