Kitchen aid KGRS505X bake and broil burners don’t ignite in top oven.

My top oven broil or bake will not work. I don’t think it is the igniters since they both stopped work at the same time. The lower oven work great and so does the cook top.

Correct. Both don’t glow at all. But the lower over works normal. I’ll try to find the model number.
