When preheating for baking, the first few minutes we'll hear some clicks, gas igniting, and then repeat, accompanied by the smell of gas. Once the oven starts getting ~halfway up to temperature (let's say 400F), it seems to be fine. We typically just run the exhaust fan and open some windows while preheating but it's time to fix this.

I'm assuming it is the igniter going bad, but when I went to look up the part to order there appears to be multiple electrodes. Any tips on troubleshooting to figure out which igniter is needed? Or if from the description it's obvious which is needed it'd be hugely appreciated!

The bake ignitor is #13 in your parts diagram: Parts for Whirlpool KSGG700ESS1: Manifold Parts

Here's the oven bake ignitor for your model:

Also check the bake burner port holes to see if some are clogged, its #11 in the parts diagram.

Lots of the small port holes may be partially clogged/gunked up, especially near the bake ignitor.

If you notice any clogged, Take a wire brush and clean the burner assembly. Be sure to get the small port holes next to the igniter.
