KitchenAid bottom mount freezer warm, refrigerator section okay

KitchenAid KFIS29PBMS02 bottom mount freezer section is warm ~ 70 degrees while refrigerator section is at proper temp. Of course ice maker isn't working. This is a dual evaporator unit and the freezer evaporator isn't getting any refrigerant. The only code is icemaker error. High pressure tube exiting the compressor is hot so I've concluded the 3 way refrigerant valve isn't activating. Unfortunately service-test 4 on the tech sheet doesn't work or I've been unsuccessful activating it. Does this mean the computer is toast? Does anyone have a service manual for this refirgerator?

Fixed! Refrigerator was low on refrigerant. Oddly the high pressure pipe out of the compressor was hot even when the refrigerant was low.
