Slow drip from the diverter motor, then lots of water once the motor starts up.

I'm reading it could be a motor to sump seal. We've already replaced the seal inside the tub that the diverter motor shaft goes through. After watching more of the video and reading about the sump to motor seal, I'm going to get that part ordered. Anybody have any thoughts of this is the right course if action?

Yes, I see it.

Its possibly coming from the Motor to Pump seal.

Here's the Motor to Pump seal for your model:
Motor to Sump Seal WPW10538166


There is a video in the part link that shows you how to replace the Motor to Pump seal.
