Hi,

I recently purchased a Kitchenaid KDTE204KPS (39 dBA Dishwasher in PrintShield™ Finish with Third Level Utensil Rack). I could not select the "Normal" wash cycle in the past few days; regardless of how much I press it, the white light next to "Normal" will not light up. I am able to select and use all the other cycles (pro wash, tough, express wash, rinse only) without issues.

Does anyone know why? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like possibly your console board is defective, thus not allowing you to select normal.

Contact KitchenAid to come out at 800-422-1230 to fix it for free under warranty.
