KitchenAid Dishwasher KUDP02CRBS3 Making Droning Noise While Running: This dishwasher is about 10 years old. When running a wash cycle it will run normally for about 30 seconds, then start with a very loud droning noise (video included). It seems to be filling and draining appropriately. Although I can’t tell if the noise is occurring while it is in the process of filling or washing. Thoughts?

Hi, I'd first check your sump basin and chopper screen for any foreign object that might be making that noise in the chopper screen blade assembly, also check the black flapper check valve in the video below as well.

Check your chopper screen blade assembly to make sure its not broken also.

If nothing in the chopper screen is making that noise, then yes its the wash motor starting to go bad, OR you can have a foreign object in the wash motor impeller too, but you'd need to remove the wash motor to check that as well.
