KitchenAid Icemaker not working

I have a KitchenAid Icemaker not working model#KSCS25INSS00
The optics boards flash 2 times when I open the door then I push on the flap and get a steady red beam. That tells me the optics are good. I have 110 volts at the harness side of the icemaker. Icemaker will not go into harvess. I have a IM tester that you connect to the module head and there are 3 lights, 1 for the power, 1 to make unit go into harvess, and 1 to activate the water valve. None of the lights are lite with the optics closed and the door switch closed.
What else do I need to do. I relaced the complete IM module. Still no harvess. Someone told me I should have left it in for 6 hours .

Hi John,

When did you install the new ice maker module?

Give it about 12-24 hours to start cycling if you just installed it today.

I installed it yesterday and pulled it out since I couldnt get it into harvest mode. So I should have left the icemaker in there. Have you ever seen the little square tester I am describing? I dont know if the wrk on the new IM

Yes, I've seen those little square testers, but never needed to use one.

So is your ice maker still installed in your freezer?
