Hello, my fridge is not cooling, the drawers are getting cold and the freezer is frozen but the main compartment of my fridge is warm. I’ve cleaned the fan and I have run diagnostic. I also looked at the control panel and found one plug not plugged in. I plugged it in and still having the same issue
These are the results of the diagnostic. Does anyone have any idea what to look at next?

The main TESTS are RC(REFRIGERATOR COMPARTMENT).

Service Test - 01 RC Thermistor
• Read RC compartment Temperature. “SH” indicates “shorted” thermistor, “OP” indicated “open” thermistor.

Service Test - 03 RC Evaporator Thermistor
• Read Refrigerator Evaporator Temperature. “SH” indicates “shorted” thermistor, “OP” indicates “open” thermistor.

You have 86 degrees F in TEST 3? That's way too high.

Its usually the RC evaporator fan motor and RC thermistor that fix this problem.

Look here:

And here:

Your model uses that exact same one, You can only get the RC Evaporator Thermistor only when you order the complete evaporator fan motor assembly: Cover-Evap W11395558

Let us know how it goes.
