My ice maker is making ice, but is not harvesting and dumping it. I ran the service tests and it still wouldn't harvest. Service test 59 failed (wouldn't harvest the ice). On service test 57, it says E2 (not harvesting) and E3 (possible heater issue). I figured the ice maker was bad, so I replaced the entire ice maker assembly. I then ran the service test 59 when the ice mold was empty and it passed. However, service test 57 still said E2 and E3. When I turned the ice maker back on and the mold filled with water, it still did the same thing.....made ice, but did not dump it out of the mold. Is the heater apart of the ice maker assembly, or is it a different thing? My other thought was maybe a wiring issue. Can anyone help? Thank you.
