It started having an issue with not cooling enough a couple of weeks ago and making a loud noise inside a few days ago as an attached video file shows.
I think it sounds like a fan inside makes the noise, but I'm not sure.
Can anyone let me know what makes these issues and what I need to do?

You will need to remove that evaporator cover and check and see if the fan motor is running. Its called the FRESH FOOD EVAPORATOR FAN MOTOR.
