Our gas oven and broiler stopped working suddenly. KitchenAid KSGG700ESS1. About 6 years old.

The cooktop works fine so gas "works", but when we turn on either the oven or the broiler, the panel says it's "preheating" but it doesn't end up lighting. There's no gas smell and I don't really hear the gas coming on, and then there is also no spark as a result. I'm not familiar with the oven spark units as opposed to the igniters that glow so I'm not sure how to test for continuity on the igniter. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi, Rick helped another member with this similar problem:

The ignitors both spark, I've checked the valve and it had proper resistance, same with the sensor. I'm thinking it's a control board issue? How would I verify that the board is bad? Thanks for the help!

You model uses the exact same DSI Board(Spark Module) and Regulator his does.

Just follow the steps Rick mentioned to do and you will find which part is bad.
