Hi,

Kitchenaid KSRS25RVMS03

It is not cooling. There is no voltage going to the condenser motor or compressor.

Condenser motor works when connected to A/C power. (I have not done the same test with compressor)
Evaporator Fan runs
I have tested the Defrost Thermostat and it tests good - Tone when placed in working freezer and no tone when warm


What is the next thing to check?

For this refrigerator issue, your main control board is the culprit. Unfortunately, Its no longer available from the factory.
