Hi there. I've been trying to troubleshoot my dishwasher and can't figure it out and hoping for some help without having to call a service tech.

My dishwasher is about 11 years old and when running a Normal Wash cycle it keeps shutting off all power towards the end of the cycle. When opening the dishwasher there is water at the bottom and didn't drain. When I wait a few days the dishwasher power comes back on.

I replaced the thermal fuse, door latch fuse and high-limit thermo stat (all of which I probably shouldn't have done) but the problem still exists.

I looked at the Troublshooting Guide from inside the dishwasher and can confidently say that it's failing at the step "THERMAL HOLD 60°C (140°F) OR MAX 40:00 MAX.

Any idea what to do? Or if there are other things to check to further diagnose?

Hi,

Turn the power off to your dishwasher and check your control board to see if you notice any burnt components on it. If so, that's definitely the problem.

I checked the control panel and don't see any burnt components. Any else I can check?

I don't see that listed in it.

Only thing that mentions thermal is here: PROBLEM: Long Cycles and/or Stuck in Certain Part of Cycle.

So I'm not really sure what the problem could be.
