KitchenAid Refrigerator - Adjustable Shelf Complaint

Gents,

I am brand new to this forum and this is my first post with hopes of finding a resolution to a complaint we have . Our fridge has this adjustable shelf and when the self brackets are vertical which is the highest position, as you can see in the picture we still can't slide common drink containers to the back of the fridge. We realize that was KitchenAid's thought to the siding part of the shelf but we don't always want these drinks in the front. I wouldn't think my wife and I are the only ones out here with this complaint.

2. So you would like the adjustable shelf to go even higher? Or is it just that it is lower at the rear??
