The original complaint from Customer was "icemaker not working". At this time the water was coming out from water dispenser.
I replaced the icemaker assembly. After a day customer informed that there is no ice. I checked the icemaker for harvest cycle by jumping the N and M and it cycles. I checked the waterfill by jumping T and H on icemaker module but nothing happened. I replaced the Dual Watervalve next to the water reservoir. This has two water valves. One single solenoid valve at the backside and Dual solenoid valve next to the water reservoir tank. After replacement of dual valve, I checked the water was coming from water dispenser. I waited for 24 hrs to see if it should make ice but it did not. After the replacement of dual water valve, the water dispenser was working fine for 5 days but then customer called saying that No more water from water dispenser and still no ice.
Earlier I thought may be icemaker module issue but now with no water from dispenser makes me think that Could this be a Control board issue? This come with 2 boards. Power module board and HV board as shown in attachments. Boards are part # 27 and 35 in the exploded view.
