KitchenAide ice maker unexpectedly stopped working. What I have done so far:

1). Went into Diagnostic mode and did test 97 multiple times (Ice Maker Valve Test). Heard click of valve, but not water.
2). Performed test 120 (Ice Maker Self Diagnostics) and it stopped at 00
3). Performed test 66 (Ice Maker Fill Tube Heater) and could tell it was working by water dripping down.
4). Performed test 97 again and could hear valve open and water moving and saw leaking into ice bucket.
5). Performed test 120 again and went to 02 and stopped. Have tried same test multiple times, but nothing moving.
6). Note: Water dispenser works fine and water filter was changed a few months ago.

What other tests can I try or what else can I look at from a troubleshooting perspective?
Is their a reset for the ice maker?
How do I manually move ice tray or go through cycle?

Something seems odd, test 97 you heard the water inlet valve click but no water? Was the fill tube frozen then?

I located a service bulletin for the fill tube full or partial freezing up problem. What is the serial number of your refrigerator?

Here's the Fill Tube with Heater Kit for your model: W11366500

The service bulletin is located in post # 4 here:
That model number in that thread is the exact same model number as yours.

How come the water didn't go into the ice maker ice tray?

I’m thinking the hose may have been frozen and when I forced on heater, melted obstruction? Assuming heater works. Just a guess. It looks like the tray is in a dump position so water did not go into it. I did diagnostic mode 120, but went no further then 02. Is there a way to manually step through?

Ok, you have the same exact problem as @JustDre in that thread:
I’m having trouble trying to cycle the icemaker tray it’s currently in the dump position.
It was a faulty ice maker, see what he said in post #8.
Just thought I’d follow up. Ordered the ice maker and it passed all the functions on test 120 and got a Passed all. Worked out without calling a tech thanks again for the great info.
much appreciated.

Here's the ice maker for your model you can order:

Let us know how it goes.
