My Kitchenaid refrigerator shuts down randomly. Sometimes it shows PO, sometimes not. I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to work again. Everything else is fine. I followed some of the other posts about this problem and I decided to change out the power board. $300 later, same issue. Any ideas?

Hi,

The problem is the main control board, not the power board.

Here's the main control board for your model: W10843055

Nope, that's the only sign is what you said there, that's how you know its a bad control board.

UNLESS, under a rare circumstance, your wall outlet is starting to fail, you can tell its starting to fail if the refrigerator plug is loose in the wall outlet.

Not the outlet. I installed a new one when I remodeled the kitchen 1 year ago.
Guess it's a main board.

Ok, got it!

Yes, the main board is the problem.
