Thanks so much for all your help. I have contacted KitchenAid and scheduled a service call. They confirmed that if it is a sealed system issue the parts are free, but labor is not covered nor is the $125 fee. This is the second time they will have checked the sealed system and the fridge is only 4.5 years old. What a lemon.
