Please help,
Kitchenaid freezer isn't working. Woke up this morning to water all on the floor from the ice maker. Opened the freezer and everything got thawed. Refrigerator side is working properly and is still cool. Any advice or help on repairing the freezer issue will be appreciated. Thank you

Hi,

Open the freezer door and listen to see if your hear your freezer(evaporator) fan running.

Here's the freezer(evaporator) fan motor for your model: Motor-Evap Dc W11396715

Also look on the back panel inside the freezer for frost build up on it.

I did a diagnostic test on it and the fan does run. But when I hold the door switch it doesn't turn on

P3-5 to P1-2 is the door switch volts on the main control board, check at the main control board for 120 volts AC when the freezer door is closed.
