As the title states, the fridge compartment is not getting cold. The freezer is working fine, just the fresh food compartment is not cooling. I replaced the start relay on the compressor, but that didn't solve the issue. The Evap fan in the freezer is running fine and the coils have no ice build up. I don't feel much cold air coming through the vents on the fridge side when I put my hand up to them, perhaps that could be the issue. Any help would be appreciated!

Its possibly your air diffuser vent, put your hand in front of it and feel how much cold air is coming out, then open the freezer door and see it increases the cold air flow through the air diffuser vent.

If no increase air flow after opening the freezer door then put something in the vent, like a pen/pencil or pocket screwdriver and see if that makes the air come out faster, if so order the air diffuser.

Here's the diffuser for your model:
Manufacturer's Number: WP2209751
