I live in Dallas and recently experienced the big winter freeze down here. My water line in my fridge froze, but is now working fine. During the winter storm, I called an appliance repair place (who replaced my ice maker and other things 14 months ago) and they suggested to turn off my ice maker until the water line thaws out.

Fast forward to several days later, my water line is thawed, but my ice maker is not producing any ice and it's been about 36 hours. The sensor has the standard 2 flashed and pause, so I don't think it's that.

I am technically challenged, but am thinking maybe something is still frozen?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Look inside the ice maker fill tube and check for any ice. Check the fill cup on the back of the ice maker for any ice. If there's ice inside the fill tube, replace the water valve. If there's no ice inside the fill tube replace the ice maker.
