Model #KUIS18PNJW4. Can someone tell me the voltage at the ice grid when it's ready to cut? I checked and got about 10 volts. Everything works on the machine except the grid. I'm thinking bad grid. Thanks.

It makes ice fine, but will not cut. There's voltage to the grid, but it doesn't heat. Looks like I need the grid assembly. I don't work on many of these machines.

You should be able to do a continuity check on the grid and make sure it isn't broken and as long as you have the voltage at the two terminal screws, then you are probably looking at a new grid. If you order a grid, get the assembly and not the wire part number because you will get a coil of wire to string yourself. Very hard to get it tight enough by hand to properly work.
