Hey everyone, first post here looks like a great community. Looking for any advice and troubleshooting. Here's the status.

The entire unit stopped cooling and I ran the following diagnostics.
Condenser fan runs and checks out, has power.
Compressor starter relay has power pre and post, visual inspection inside looks ok and is drawing .004 amps vs 11.42 LRA? Capacitor checks out per spec.
Thermal protection has continuity
Compressor is hot and seems to be running,, checks out all three leads per spec
Evaporator fan runs and checks out

I then tired to put the unit in diagnostic mode per the tech sheet and the digital board went dead after displaying "SAb"??

I tried to cycle the power and it seems to run with no cooling and no display. What should I check on the board?

That is short for SABbath mode. Many automatic feature will cease to operate when set in that mode.

Owners Manual page 6. said:
Sabbath Mode

Sabbath Mode is designed for those whose religious observances require turning off the lights and dispensers.
In Sabbath Mode, the temperature set points remain unchanged, but the interior and dispenser lights turn off, all sounds and alarms are disabled, the dispenser display screen backlight turns off, and the dispenser pads are disabled.

■ To turn on Sabbath Mode, press and hold LIGHT and OPTIONS at the same time for 3 seconds. When the feature turns on, “Sabbath Mode” will appear on the dispenser display.

■ To turn off Sabbath Mode, press and hold LIGHT and OPTIONS at the same time for 3 seconds again.
