Hello all, my refrigerator is literally 2 weeks out of warranty and now it decides it wants to stop making ice lol, the ref is getting water and dispenses through the front, the auger is turning, I tried to put it in test mode and run 97’ and i hear it kick on but it doesn’t put water into the tray, I’m. It sure what else to try. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Model KRFC704FPS00

Hi,

Your missing two digits after the "S" at the end, we would need those. The model number tag is located inside the refrigerator section on the upper walls or ceiling.

I'm attaching your tech data sheet below.

When you have it in TEST 97 take a voltage reading between P3-3 and P1-2 on the main control board and tell us how many volts you get.

The main control board is on the back of your refrigerator.

I am at work right now I’ll do that later today or tomorrow, when I ran that test last night I heard something come on then the display showed PP

What came on? I don't see "PP" listed anywhere in your tech data sheet.
