The ice that is being dispensed into the ice bucket is stuck together and resembles sheets of ice or sheets with multiple cubes on the bottom. This is causing the auger to jam and won't dispense ice. Also, the grey housing around the ice maker is warped and one of the clips has come off. Is it as simple as the ice maker is bad or would the amount of water put into the tray be caused by something else?

Also, in one of the pictures you can see the white "flag" at the bottom of the ice make when it's in the fridge. This is stuck in this position except for when the tray is flipping to dump the ice. When trying to remove the ice bucket, you have to pull very hard because the white flag is blocking the bucket. It almost feels like either the flag or the ice bucket is going to break off until it finally slips past the flag and you can take out the bucket.

Serial number is K733*

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!!!

Yes, the problem is the ice maker itself, seen this many times on my service calls.

Here's the ice maker for your model you can order: W10908391

Its currently out-of-stock everywhere I've checked though, so you may have to wait till it comes back in-stock.
