Hey folks, hoping y'all can help me figure this out as I can't find a resolution in any of the other similar threads.

KRFC704FPS04- stopped making ice

replaced the dual valve
replaced the ice maker filling tube w/ heater

When I run test 97 to test fill the water tray, I get nothing. Checked the line from the filling tube to the new valve and it's clear. If I leave the tube unplugged from the valve and run the #97 test, it spurts a little bit of water from the valve...not even remotely close to the 7 seconds it should.

Water fill for drinks works just fine.

I'm at a loss, any ideas???

Like I mentioned to him:
You have a dual water inlet valve inside the refrigerator section, one side is for the water dispenser, the only side goes to the ice maker. See if you get a constant 120 volts to it in TEST 97.

The UI(User Interface) board controls the ice maker fill, so if your not getting 120 volts for 7 seconds, then its the UI Board that's bad, which also comes with the main control board(located in the back of the refrigerator) which you have to replace too at the same time.
