New fridge July this year. The ice bin has been slowly building up ice under it. There is about 1/2 inch ice locking the ice bin in so it cant be removed. Any suggestions? I did call problem in and service tech came out and said he has seen this before and is not sure what the problem is. Service tech ordered a new door, circuit board, panel board on door. Parts on order but just wanted to see if anyone else had this problem.

Were you able to resolve this issue? Ice cubes are dropping into the space between the bucket and the shelf, building up, and causing the ice maker to stop working.
