Hey all, Hope to find some answers with my kitchen aid KRMF706ESS01 fridge. Every so often over the past months, the fridge and freezer will just die. The door still works but I have to pull it out and plug it back in every time it happens. I’ve called kitchen aid and they keep sending techs out and they can’t figure it out. They charge 180 every time they come out in order to not fix it and I am fed up.

The fridge is two and a bit years old. And I am tired of paying money for these morons not to fix my appliance. I have also run through the menu and tried seeing if there’s a error code. But all seems to be normal. Any insight would be great.

The problem is the main control board, seen this happen many times on my service calls.

I'm shocked that the techs in Canada did not know this!

The only problem is getting the main control board, its been out-of-stock for awhile everywhere.

Thanks. The tech that keeps coming is kind of useless. Last night the fridge just started making odd noises as well
