My KitchenAid refrigerator purchased in 2019 started shutting down in November of 2022. The inside lights were off and the refrigerator wasn't running although the panel lights were on. A technician replaced a control electrical board, harness wire, and drip pan. It worked for 1 month and then went off again. This time one of the drawers remained working but freezer and refrigerator were not. Same technician replaced 2 more electrical boards.
1 month later it quit again. Technician came back and replaced the main board again. One month later and it is off again. I think every board has now been replaced. Each time it begins with the refrigerator randomly going off briefly and then coming back on again. Eventually it goes off and doesn't come back on. I'm not sure there's anything left to replace. This shouldn't be happening to such an expensive appliance.
