I have the exact same fridge, but the water collects under the freezer drawer, then freezes, then when more water comes out it spills out onto the floor. Is this the same issue?

This video should give you the general idea of how to remove the back panel inside the freezer:

Here's the parts diagram:
#20 is the freezer evaporator coil
#18 is the drain trough that sits below it, there will be a drain hole in the middle of it, that's likely clogged with ice.

So this is what I found in the freezer. The last pic shows the drip pan rusted with a hole in it

I was able to pull the drip tray out and order a new new one, but it’ll take at least a week to get it. I’m going to clean this one up as much as I can and reinstall till the other one comes in.

Is this supposed to drain out to the tray underneath the fridge? I’m wanting to test the drain before I reassemble. The drain was clogged with ice.

Edit: I pour water into the drain and hear it going down, but don’t see where it goes. Namely don’t see it going into the pan underneath.

Yes, I see that from your photos, good find!

Yes.

Then where is it going? If has to be going down the drain tube, if its not backing up on you.:)

You can get at the drain tube from the back of the refrigerator.

Here's the drain line assembly for your model:
Drain Hose W11084807

This video shows you how to access to clear it out:

Ok finally got around to installing the new drip tray. When I got to the coils, it was frosted over more than I thought it would be for just 3 weeks later. And the drain hole seems clear, but water still collets and freezes under the freezer drawer. It seems it still drips down on the right side. Not pictured, but there was quite a build up of ice at the bottom of the plastic panel covering the coils. Do I maybe have something else going on?

Yes, the drain line from the evaporator coil drain trough that goes to the drip pan is still clogged up, Use compressed air to blow it out, then run hot water down it.
