KRMF706ESS04 kitchenaid refrigerator undershelf lights are flashing every few seconds. I tried to reset with turning power off, also tried to clean the shelf check the metal contacts nothing worked.
Doors or drawers properly closed.

Any suggestions?

Ok, you mean the PANTRY LED lights?

Those are in series with the LEFT and RIGHT side LED lights in the refrigerator section, look for one that is completely OUT and replace it that will also fix those PANTRY LED's not to flash anymore.

Here's the LEFT and RIGHT side LED lights for your model, each sold separately: W11484836.

Here's the parts diagram, can you point out those 2 lights? Also check to see if any lights are completely OFF with the door open.

Got it! Thanks!

Ok, You'll need a multimeter to do voltage tests at the Aurora Board.

Since you're also mentioning the ice maker not making ice, check and see if you get voltage at the ice maker fill tube heater, which is located on that same Aurora Board.

I'm attaching your tech. data sheet below.

--->On the Aurora Board Connector P1 Pin 1 to Pin 4 should be 12.7 DC constant volts.
--->Then on P2 Pin 1 to Pin 2 is the shelf lighting voltage output.
--->Then on P2 Pin 3 to Pin 4 is the ice maker fill tube heater voltage output.

Here's the Aurora Board for your model, if needed:
