It took a few minutes to understand the latch on the touch pad as it's slightly different than what's shown in the video.
For anyone else that's got the touch pad that's independent from the dispenser (slightly above) there are two tabs on the bottom (circled in green) of the touch pad about 1 inch from either side.
To get to those tabs, first use a flat screwdriver or putty knife (careful not to scratch the stainless steel) to slightly pull out the bottom of the touch pad. It won't come out far, maybe half of an inch.
From there slide a small screwdriver (again, careful not to scratch the stainless steel) under each of the two tabs. Note there are three tabs on the plastic touchpad cover (circled in red), these are not the tabs your looking for. If you do unhook these tabs don't pull the plastic cover off, there are conductive pads on the inside that connect to the touch sensors.
Once the touchpad is off the rest of the video makes sense.
