Service code 15 and 57 are both missing when I run through the diagnostics. I was having issues with making ice. It was completely emptied one day. We don't use a lot of ice and let me add it has been slow making ice from day 1. I took the ice make out and chipped got rid of any ice stuck on the bottom of the ice make as well as changes the water filter and the next day it made about 3 rounds of ice.

Now, it has been stuck with ice in the tray for 2 days and it is not dumping. When I go the service code 15 it jumps right from 14 to 16. 15 isn't an option. I can't even go to service option 57 to dump the ice because it ends at 48 and goes back to 1.

We need the complete model number first, Read it from the model number tag located inside the refrigerator section on the upper walls or ceiling.

--->I'd first check for any frayed or broken wires underneath the freezer door--->Lots of members have found frayed and broken wires causing the ice maker/and or auger motor to be low voltage or dead completely. Remove your bottom kickplate grille, Remove the black wire harness loom too, broken wires can be underneath it.

Another member was having a similar problem here: FIXED: GSF26C4EXY02 Whirlpool Gold Ice Maker Problem Look at his post #6 he found frayed and broken wires underneath the freezer door, remove your kickplate and check for that first.
