OK, so the refrigerator side only gets to about 44 degrees. Lot of ice built up at back of bottom draw. Condenser coils underneath look good and are clean. Compressor hot to touch. Condenser fan working. Removed plastic panel behind lower drawers in fridge and found large chunk of styrofoam. Is this covering coils that may be froze up ? Can hear what I think is fan running when open fridge door. Freezer appears to be working fine. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Your machine has dual evaporators. The one in the fresh food section doesn't use a defrost heater. Instead, it self defrosts each time it cycles off. Remove the evaporator cover and evaporator insulation the fan motor is located inside the styrofoam insulation Check if the coils are frosted over. I'll need to find the tech sheet and wiring diagram for that particular model. See if you can locate yours. Here's a diagram of the most common places.

No spec sheet found, Curious as to what this plastic tubing is for in the back of fridge. Still working on finding a hair dryer to try to remove styrofoam piece. Thanks
