KSDG950SS1 Kitchenaid Oven not heating at all

Gas burners on top. The oven seems to be electric. I checked the temperature probe and got 1100 ohms. I took both the top and bottom heating elements out and both passed the conductivity tests. I don't know what to do from here, any suggestions?

The oven elements operate on 240 volts. A start will be confirming the full 240 volts are at the range's wall outlet and also at the range connections.
