Having issues with my Kitchenaid KSIB900ESS1 Induction Convection oven. Backstory--bought it as a return at Lowe's, it had been "fixed" from a convection issue.

Got it home, plugged it in and heard a quick pop. Unplugged it, plugged it back in and oven light and convection fan have not worked since.

It's been a LONG while but i am wanting to fix it now. Ran the diagnostics and got an F1E1 error and the display read 2 faults: "P5-K7 or Convect Fan" and P5-K6-Oven Light" which is kind of what I figured.

I'm trying to figure out if I should just get a new control panel and install that or if there's another option that I am not thinking of. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.

Hi Frank,

Yes, F1 is the control board failure.
