Hi,

I have KitchenAid side-by-side refrigerator, and I replaced the door gasket for the refrigerator side. Unfortunately, the door won't close at all. When I pushed the door, I felt like the door was bounced back to open. I do not think it is possible to adjust the gap at the hinge side. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

If you see a gap in the door gasket, use a hair dryer to soften it up and it will reset to the cabinet. Keep moving the hair dryer back and forth where the gap is at, because if you leave it in one spot you will get it too hot and make a hole in the new door gasket.
