My parents have a wine chiller (KUWS24RSBS00) which is not cooling. Unit has power and fan runs but no lights on display or inside. Not sure if inside bulb is out so not sure if it just not working or actually burned out. Temp display does NOT work. Any ideas? Strangely, I just helped a friend repair a fridge/freezer that was not cooling by replacing a capacitor on the control board. Thought this might be the same issue but I cannot find the control board to diagnose.

Any help would be appreciated.

I cannot find the control board.........

Doesn't have one. Check the cold control and power switch for continuity. Located on the bottom of the box:

Thanks guys. I just checked continuity and both are good. Pretty sure compressor is also good. Is there a way to check the starter/capacitor as I am guessing that is the last easy thing to check?

Do you have 120 VAC at the compressor?
