LEQ2152ES0 Frigidaire Dryer - Goes to auto dry after 5 minutes

This dryer will run and heat on all cycles, then ad {auto dry} is displayed. At this point the dryer continues to run but no heat. Checked heating element, thermal fuse, high limit, and thermistor. All OK.
Has anyone seen this issue before? Looking for input.

Hi Patrick,

I'm attaching your tech. data sheet below, see what error code you get.

Also check for a vent restriction, go outside and see if your exhaust duct is clogged up with lint, also pull the dryer out from the wall and remove the exhaust vent hose and dry a load with the exhaust hose OFF, then you will know for sure its a vent restriction to the outside of your house.

Thanks Jake but the vent system was fine, no restrictions. I could have the customer pull the hose off the back to be sure, but I'm pretty sure that's not the issue. Any other suggestions?

Other than that I don't know what else to suggest.

The tech data sheet is not very clear on what else would cause the ad {auto dry} display
