Hi I have had tech out 4 times, he is now saying I need to replace the air flow assembly. And if that doesn’t work I need a new control panel. So I asked and said there isn’t much air coming from the fan from the freezer up to where that panel is. Just installed new evaporater fan. Is that normal?

Hi,

We need the model number of your refrigerator first.

Then you will see a link that says: How to find a model number.

Thanks,

he is now saying I need to replace the air flow assembly
Did he check your multiduct?

I couldn't locate the service manual for this model, but some of these models have a small fan integrated in the back of the multiduct, that's located in your refrigerator section. If that fan isn't running, that could be the problem

Here's the multiduct for your model: ADJ73592106 Duct Assembly, multi

I bought a kitchenaid to replace it
Good Choice!

Thanks for the update!
