LFX31925ST poor cooling NO codes NO errors

Has new compressor and filter/drier and leak checked/charged. Compressor runs everything "appears" to work. Days of running no codes no errors no led on pcb. Fans all work.

Top right of freezer evaporator is frosting up.
0 frost on fridge evaporator

Freezer & fridge temp resistances are on point.

Im going to lose my mind with this thing the poorly written half english manual is useless

Fridge temp 64f
Freezer temp 45f

Was working around 60% of what it should have been freezer was cold but not quite where it should be and fridge was around 15-20 degrees too warm.

Had compressor/filter changed - lost all cooling completely.

Brought a/c machine from work and checked some things out and found out it takes 2x more charge than required for it to begin getting cold. Spec is 4.75oz and its at 12oz right now and the freezer works fantastic but the FF section isnt doing much of anything.

Is this more likely to be a 3 way valve issue or bad evap in the FF? This fridge is driving me nuts

Yes, its possibly that 3 way valve.

I'm not familiar with this valve for dual evaporators, but click here: Valve Assembly, pipe by LG and they tell you how to test it.
