My LG double oven electric stove burner got stuck on high. I had to unplug it to turn it off, and resumed high heat once plugged back in. Is this due to a faulty infinite switch? Or something else?
Was also wondering if it’s safe to disconnect the “rogue” burner, and continue using the oven, while I fix/order parts?

That model number looks incorrect. Please double check and post the complete model number as stamped on the appliance's model and serial number (or a photo of the) ID tag.

You can find tips for locating the model and serial number identification tag on your appliances at the following link:

Is this due to a faulty infinite switch?

No. As near as I can tell there are no infinite heat switches used on such a range design.
