Hi. I did some searching an discovered what a PITA it is to replace the hidden bake element......sigh....

My question - the element "arced" to the oven floor when it died, and there is now about a 1/4" hole burned right through. What do I do now - ignore it? plug or patch it somehow? or????

Thanks.

Hi Tim,

That model number you posted isn't pulling up as good, please recheck it.

Click here: Appliance Parts at RepairClinic. 125 Brands. 365 Day Returns.

Then you will see a link that says: Help me find my model number.

I know nothing about LG products, but I'll ask Wild if he can assist you.
