Hello everyone,
I have an LG LMXS30776S/01 fridge. I have been getting error code FF which indicates frost buildup. I removed the bottom freezer panel and removed some ice and left the freezer unplugged for about a day, but the error came back soon after it started cooling again. I tested the two fans that are mounted to the bottom panel. The fan shown in the diagram below is not working. I put the fridge in test mode and checked the fan was receiving voltage. I took a picture of the fan and it has a part# EAU61524010 but I am not able to find this exact fan part# anywhere. See the pictures below. The fan has a connector with 3 wires. Does anyone know where I can find this or a compatible replacement for this fan?

The fan [indicated] in the diagram below is not working.

The item # 407A in the exploded parts view looks to be the following part. I believe the motor is inside the plastic housing. Was yours?

I am not able to find this exact fan part# anywhere.

The part number on parts may not correspond exactly to the replacement number. When a part is only available within an assembly (motor, housing and fan, etc.), that assembly will have its own, separate part number. Individual components of that assembly may not be available separably.

Hi Dan,

I installed the new fan earlier yesterday. I have not seen the error since and the fridge is cooling normally. Thank you for sending me the link for the right part!
