LG LRE3083ST Electric Oven temp wont go above 385 degrees

Hello I have a Range Stove – purchased 2014 – LG Electric Easy Clean Model LRE3083ST

The oven does not seem to be working correctly. If I select a higher temperature (like 450 degrees) and start the oven, it preheats up to 385 doesn't go any higher. It still says "preheating" and 385 but never reaches temp or goes above 385.

Ideas?

Hi,

Usually when that happens on these LG models its the relay board that's starting to fail. Its located in the back of your range, make sure you disconnect power to the range before replacing it.

This is the part you would need:

Ok, sounds good, keep us posted.

You can also ohm test the oven sensor to make sure that is good.

Disconnect power to the range and ohm test the oven sensor, watch this video:
