Hi! My Range is an LG LRE4211, likely 7 years old (from 2015/2016). Renters currently in the home let me know they experienced a pop and a flash of light (reportedly from the oven) and then the stove tripped the breaker.
At the time the breaker was tripped, the two front burners were on but everything else was off. The oven had been on prior but was off at the time.
They proceeded to turn everything off and then flip the breaker back on. Everything seems to be working fine EXCEPT when they turn on the left front burner, the right front burner comes on as well. I am troubleshooting from afar and have a quick turnaround between guests, so am hoping to figure out a game plan ASAP.
I saw another post "LG Range LRE3193 - turning rear burner on turns on front too"...though wasn't sure if the advice will be the same since they were having troubles with the front and back burner (not both front burners).
Let's just say, I know nothing about this stuff! I would greatly appreciate any direction/advice. Thank you!
